Diagnose First
We find the actual failure before quoting. Swapping parts until something works is expensive for you and lazy for us.
Home / About
A Miami based repair and remodeling company built around one idea: a restaurant should have one number to call when something breaks.
Our Story
Ask any operator what ruined their week and it is rarely the concept or the menu. It is the walk in that crept up to 48 degrees on a Friday, the fryer that would not light during brunch, the dish machine that stopped reaching sanitizing temperature the day before an inspection, the broken door that nobody could get fixed for three weeks.
Restaurant Repairs Inc was built for exactly those moments. From our base at 12751 SW 9 St in Miami we serve restaurants, bars, hotels, schools, care facilities and food trucks across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. We repair commercial kitchen equipment, handle the facility repairs that are not equipment at all, run preventive maintenance programs, and remodel or build out the spaces themselves.
Keeping repair and construction under one roof is deliberate. The technician who knows your equipment layout is the right person to advise on a kitchen reconfiguration, and the crew rebuilding your line already understands the clearances, utilities and ventilation that equipment needs. It also means one accountable company instead of a chain of vendors pointing at each other.
Our standard on every call is the same: diagnose the actual problem, explain it in plain language, put the price in writing before doing the work, and leave the space clean. That is not a marketing promise. It is the only way a service business survives in an industry where operators talk to each other constantly.
What Drives Us
We find the actual failure before quoting. Swapping parts until something works is expensive for you and lazy for us.
You approve a written estimate before repair work starts. No verbal numbers, no invoice surprises.
We work around service times, arrive in the window we promised, and call ahead if anything changes.
When replacement beats repair, or a cheaper fix will hold, we say so. Selling you the wrong repair costs us the account.
Our Approach
A restaurant is not an office. The equipment runs hot and wet for fourteen hours, staff turnover means training gets lost, and there is no such thing as a convenient time for a technician. We plan around that rather than complaining about it.
Tell us the make, model and symptom and we will give you a service window and an honest read on what it is likely to take.
